Hannah was wonderful and very helpful. Granted, her English was not that great but she did her best and we got there in the end. I bought a bunch of nail polishes and tips. I made a purchase error and they exchanged it straight away. They had everything I needed and the prices were pretty good. I'll be going back. Thanks Hannah.

They’re cheap, they have lots of stuff (especially for SNS and gel nails), they gave me a discount and a freebie gift for no apparent reason, and when I asked the young man some questions he answered them. Is it a crazy warehouse with hardly any prices displayed and a heap of people talking really loudly on speaker phone? Today it was that, but the good far outweighed the bad so five stars from me. Will defo be back.

Just come across and read the review about the guy Ahmad Amouri below. Disgusting! I was there and i heard the story. The lady is old 9she may not speak English well) but she is nice and then this guy came with disrespectful attitude and tried to over her. This guy checked the price of the hair trimmer on Oz Hair and Beauty website which is not belong to Oznails and he was tried to tell this lady to offer him half price. The old lady did tried to offer him 15% off but this guy was still showing his aggressive attitude to her. That is shame on you.
